Terms & Refund Policy revision — effective Jul 28, 2026

We're introducing unified pass products: Light (5 passes), Season (20 passes), and Pro (50 passes). One balance works across the whole service — one AI mock interview uses 5 passes, one portfolio review or revision uses 1 pass.

To support this, the Terms of Service gain a new section (“Unified Passes”) defining the pass unit, deduction and restoration rules, and the 90-day validity period. The Refund Policy gains a per-pass partial-refund formula for unified pass products: refund = amount paid − (passes used × per-pass price), where per-pass price = amount paid ÷ total passes granted (bonus included) — Light ≈ $1.40, Season ≈ $1.00, Pro ≈ $0.80 per pass.

Passes you already own do not change. Interview passes and portfolio review packs purchased before this revision keep the same uses, the same remaining counts, and the same validity periods. The 7-day withdrawal right and the free portfolio review remain unchanged. The sign-up gift becomes 5 free passes (enough for one mock interview) instead of one free interview — spendable on portfolio reviews too.
