Refund Policy

This policy applies to all paid products you purchased through the payment methods we provide — PortOne in Korea (card) and card checkout via Polar overseas — including interview passes, portfolio review packs, and unified passes.

Within 7 days of payment, you may withdraw your purchase and receive a full refund of any unused passes. If you have used none of a purchase, you receive a full refund of that purchase.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA or the United Kingdom, your statutory withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the purchase is made, not 7. Passes you have not used are refunded in full within that period.

Passes you have already used are digital content that has been supplied. Where you asked us to start supplying it immediately and acknowledged that using it ends your withdrawal right for what you use (Art. 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive; reg. 37 of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations), the used passes are non-refundable and we deduct them as in Section 3. Where you gave no such acknowledgement, tell us within the 14 days and we refund the purchase in full.

For purchases made outside Korea, Polar acts as Merchant of Record and is the seller for that transaction, so its own terms also apply. Write to jd@jidonglab.com either way and we will handle or forward your request.

Passes already used are treated as delivered digital content and are non-refundable. The deduction rule depends on when the product was purchased.

Products purchased before the Jul 28, 2026 revision (interview passes, portfolio review packs, starter set): used interview sessions are deducted at the single-session list price (₩9,900 / USD 6.99 per session).

Example (KRW): you buy a 5-pack for ₩29,000 and use 2 sessions — we deduct 2 × ₩9,900 and refund ₩9,200. Example (USD): you buy a 5-pack for $19.99 and use 2 sessions — we deduct 2 × $6.99 and refund $6.01.

For the same pre-revision purchases, portfolio review passes are deducted at the pack's per-review price ($4.99 ÷ 3 ≈ $1.66 per review; ₩4,900 ÷ 3 ≈ ₩1,633).

Unified pass products (Light / Season / Pro, on sale since Jul 28, 2026): we deduct the passes you used at the per-pass price (amount paid ÷ total passes granted, bonus included) — Light ≈ $1.40, Season ≈ $1.00, Pro ≈ $0.80 per pass — and refund the remainder. Example: on Season ($19.99, 20 passes), using two interviews (10 passes) and one portfolio review (1 pass) deducts 11 × $1.00 = $11.00 and refunds $8.99.

This section was amended on Jul 28, 2026 to add the unified-pass rule. Read the notice

· Free passes granted as a sign-up bonus or promotion.

· Passes in an account restricted for abuse or terms violations.

If a system error, duplicate charge, or clear mischarge attributable to us is confirmed, we refund that amount in full regardless of usage.

If an interview is not delivered properly due to a defect on our side, we either restore the affected pass(es) to your account or refund them.

We aim to process refunds within 3–5 business days after confirmation; timing may vary with your payment method or processor (PortOne, Polar, card issuer). Refunds are made through the same payment method used for the original payment; where that is not possible, we refund to an account you designate.
