Refund Policy

This policy sets out how purchased 프리터뷰(Preterview) interview passes are cancelled and refunded.

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid interview passes you purchased via a payment method (PayApp in Korea, card checkout via Polar overseas).

2. Withdrawal Within 7 Days

Within 7 days of payment, you may withdraw your purchase and receive a full refund of any unused passes. If you have used none of a purchase, you receive a full refund of that purchase.

3. Partially Used Purchases

If you have used some passes, we deduct the used sessions at the Single-pass list price (₩9,900 / USD 6.99 per session) and refund the remainder. Passes already used are treated as delivered digital content and are non-refundable.

Example: you buy a 5-pack for ₩29,000 and use 2 sessions — we deduct 2 × ₩9,900 and refund ₩9,200.

4. Non-refundable

· Free passes granted as a sign-up bonus or promotion.

· Passes in an account restricted for abuse or terms violations.

5. Payment Errors / Duplicate Charges

If a system error, duplicate charge, or clear mischarge attributable to us is confirmed, we refund that amount in full regardless of usage.

6. Service Defects

If an interview is not delivered properly due to a defect on our side, we either restore the affected pass(es) to your account or refund them.

7. How to Request

Contact jd@jidonglab.com with your payment date, payment method, and reason.

8. Processing

We aim to process refunds within 3–5 business days after confirmation; timing may vary with your payment method or processor (PayApp, Polar, card issuer). Refunds are made through the same payment method used for the original payment; where that is not possible, we refund to an account you designate.
