Terms of Service

The Service provides resume building and review, portfolio review, and AI mock interviews. Some features are generated and analyzed by AI models.

AI-generated questions, evaluations, and reports are reference material to support practice and learning. They do not guarantee any hiring outcome.

You register by providing an email and password. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials accurate and secure, and must not misuse another person’s information.

A “legacy interview pass” is a unit of service usage that grants one AI mock interview, sold before the 2026-07-28 amendment. One legacy interview pass = one mock interview, including up to 24 Q&A turns and up to 2 report generations for that interview. The products on sale now are unified passes (Section 3-1); throughout these Terms, “pass” on its own means a unified pass. You purchase through the payment methods we provide — PortOne in Korea (card) and card checkout via Polar overseas.

Each legacy interview pass has a validity period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Free passes granted at sign-up (enough for one portfolio review) are valid for 30 days. Passes expire at the end of their validity period.

Passes may be used only within the Service. They are non-transferable and cannot be resold or converted to cash. New accounts may receive free passes; free and promotional passes are non-refundable.

Cancellations and refunds of purchased passes follow Section 7 and our Refund Policy.

A “pass” is a unit of service usage. Passes have no monetary value, cannot be converted or redeemed into any currency, and can only be spent on services the Company provides directly — not on goods or services from third parties. Passes belong to the purchasing account and cannot be transferred, resold, or lent. The Company does not issue separate certificates (codes or PINs) for passes.

One AI mock interview uses 5 passes; one portfolio review or revision uses 1 pass. One mock interview includes up to 24 Q&A turns and up to 2 report generations for that interview; reopening a report you already generated is unlimited and free. Passes are deducted when the interviewer panel is assembled and the interview starts, and are automatically restored if a system error prevents the interview from starting. If you end an interview with fewer than 5 answers, the session may be deleted without a report; the deduction is restored only when no answers were given.

Passes expire 90 days after purchase. Your statutory right of withdrawal (Section 7) is guaranteed separately. Legacy interview passes and portfolio review packs sold before unified passes launched keep their original terms — same uses, same validity.

You must not: impersonate others or misuse payment methods; disrupt the Service or obtain or use passes through abnormal means; or infringe the intellectual property or rights of the Company or third parties.

We may change or suspend all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons. For material changes or suspension of paid features, we take appropriate measures (compensation or refund) as required by applicable law.

We are not liable for damages caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure, your fault, or failures of third parties such as payment processors or AI providers). We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated results; decisions based on them are your responsibility.

Within 7 days of payment you may withdraw your purchase and be refunded in full for passes you have not used, under the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA or the UK, your withdrawal period is 14 days instead.

The conditions and procedure — including how passes you have already used are deducted, what is non-refundable, and how EU/UK withdrawal works for digital content you have started using — are set out in our Refund Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the competent courts under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.

Nothing in this section deprives you, as a consumer, of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of habitual residence, or of any right that law gives you to bring proceedings there.
