Privacy Policy update — startup tools

What we collect: the contents of the business plans and IR materials you upload or paste, the pitch scripts and answers you enter in mock IR, and the reports made from them (including short quotations from your materials), stored in your account. Materials may contain company and financial information and team members' names and careers. Please remove other people's contact details and national ID numbers before uploading. If you present by voice, your browser transcribes it; we do not receive or store audio files.

Why we use it: to write feedback reports on your materials and to run mock IR questions and write its evaluation report. It is not shown to institution staff and is not used for advertising, marketing or AI providers' model training.

How long we keep it: only uploaded PDFs over 3MB are placed in temporary storage, and a daily cleanup at 05:00 Korea time deletes files uploaded more than 24 hours earlier, so an original is deleted within 48 hours of upload at most. PDFs of 3MB or less and pasted text are sent with the analysis request and are not stored as originals. Result reports and mock IR records are kept until you withdraw, and only your latest 20 mock IR records are kept. On withdrawal we delete remaining uploaded originals and mock IR records and empty the report text and title; the report type, score and time remain without a link to your account, as described in Section 6.

Processors and international transfers: Anthropic (United States) is used to write the feedback and the mock IR questions and evaluation. On a processing error, on the same basis as portfolio and interview feedback in Section 4, the same input may be sent to another provider, OpenAI (United States). The items sent are the contents of your materials, the settings you chose with them, and your mock IR pitch script, questions and answers. Storage uses Turso.

Provision to third parties: we do not provide these items to third parties; the processors above only process them for us.
