Give your trainees a real interview
before the real one
Preterview runs voice mock interviews with three AI interviewers who read each trainee's portfolio and the job post they are targeting. Every answer comes back with a report. Programs bring it in for a whole cohort at once.
Terms
One cohort, first month free. Terms agreed after that.
No setup fee, no annual contract, and no payment details during the trial. We keep pilots small on purpose — a few at a time, so each one gets answered properly.
How it starts
- 01
Tell us the cohort
How many trainees, which roles they are targeting, and when they interview. One email is enough — no form, no call required.
- 02
We open accounts
We issue accounts for the cohort within a few days. Trainees sign in and start; there is nothing to install and no payment details to collect.
- 03
First month is free
The cohort practices for a month at no cost. You see what they actually used and what the reports said.
- 04
Then we agree terms
If it was useful, we settle pricing for the next term together. If it was not, it ends there and you owe nothing.
Who brings it in
Vocational and specialized high schools
Students practice before their first real interview. Two Korean game-development high schools begin a free pilot in September 2026.
Bootcamps and reskilling programs
Graduates rehearse against the job posts they are actually applying to. A nonprofit bootcamp in the Netherlands asked for a trial with about 50 trainees.
University career centers
Students rehearse as often as they want without booking a counselor. Reports show where each answer was thin, so staff time goes to the students who need it.
What a trainee does
They upload a portfolio or paste a job post, then talk. Three interviewers take turns — one on the portfolio, one on fundamentals, one on depth — and follow up when an answer is thin. While they speak, filler words, hesitation and pace are counted.
When it ends, each answer comes back with what was weak and an example of a stronger answer. One interview uses 5 passes from the cohort's allocation; a portfolio review uses one.
Interviews run in Korean, English, or Japanese. Nothing is installed — it works in a browser, including on a phone.
You can try it yourself first — a short interview, no account needed.
