Advance notice: Privacy Policy, Terms and Refund Policy revision (AI Fluency Practical)

What changes
Privacy Policy (2026-09-13): Adds the AI Fluency Practical: data items (submitted text, AI work log, step times, copy/paste and away-from-screen counts, document-number detection), report sharing with organisations and their file retention, data obtained from someone other than you (3-1), automated decisions and the appeal window (3-2), Anthropic's processing scope, cross-border items, and this change history.
Terms of Service (2026-09-13): Adds the AI Fluency Practical to the service definition and sets its pass rules (5 passes per sitting, spent at start, adjustable by notice within 1 to 20), restoration when a system failure prevents the report, no pass charge for seats in organisation cohorts, and restoration of the seat with notice to the cohort administrator.
Refund Policy (2026-09-13): Service-defect restoration now covers the AI Fluency Practical when a system failure prevents the report, and a sitting taken through an organisation seat restores the seat, with notice to the cohort administrator, instead of a pass.
Until the effective date the new sections are posted in advance only; the current versions remain in force. The Korean text of this notice carries the full before-and-after wording and prevails in case of conflict.
